Horizon Ridge Clinic LLC has provided services to thousands of individuals and has helped produce positive outcomes across the Las Vegas community.
We do not define or limit members of our community by a diagnosis. We work alongside each person to identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and address challenges that can interfere with personal growth, stability, and the ability to become a positive contributor within the community.

Our approach to care
Whole-person care with wholistic options
We connect medical and behavioral healthcare with practical support for daily life, including financial education through Freedom Path. When a patient is interested in wholistic medicine or wellness services, our care team can discuss options and help coordinate a referral alongside their existing care plan.
True Balance Integrative Health is part of our pool of independent referral providers for wholistic care. True Balance provides its own appointments and services; patients can review availability, suitability, coverage, and costs directly with its team.
