Wholistic support, rooted in community
WISH’s mission is to connect individuals and families with the care, education, and community resources they need to live well. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, WISH brings organizations and neighbors together around practical support, dignity, and lasting relationships.
Our integrated wholistic approach looks at health alongside food access, emotional wellness, housing, transportation, benefits, and family needs. Outreach, education, navigation, and referrals help people take the next step that fits their circumstances.

Horizon Ridge Clinic collaborates with the Southern Nevada Coalition for Wholistic Integrated Services for Healthcare (WISH) to connect individuals and families with community resources that support health and well-being. Through this partnership, we work together on outreach, education, and referrals, including connections to Mama Gloria’s Food Pantry, a program of WISH.
